Privacy Policy

M-Jay Electronics Ltd (M-Jay) is committed to protecting your privacy and we aim to provide a safe and secure user experience. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us remains strictly private and is only used for the purposes set out in this policy. M-Jay do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

The M-Jay website does not collect any data about users' browsing habits which could be used to personally identify the user.


Delivery Policy

Excluding bank holidays, Items ordered before 1.00pm on any business day Monday-Thursday, or 12noon on Fridays, will be delivered the next working day (excluding Saturday), assuming that the item is in stock.

Depending on the order, it will be sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, or by Abacus Express.


Return Policy

Should you be less than happy with anything you've ordered, please return it to M-Jay within 30 days with your original invoice, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.

All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method. Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.


Warranties

All new products come with a 12 month parts and labour 'back to base' limited warranty. Repaired units have a 3 month limited warranty. This does not include the headphone lead - which is a consumable item, any on-site maintenance, shipping costs, loss of profit, or consequential loss. All claims for repair under the warranty are at our discretion, and are on a 'back to base' basis.
